Formgen – Professional Weighted Response Generator for Google Forms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Formgen, you agree to these terms. If you are using this tool on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. Pro Access & Payments

Payments are handled securely via Gumroad.com. We do not store your credit card information. To provide your paid service, your email and license key are securely stored in our Gumroad sales records for verification purposes.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If the tool fails to perform as described due to technical issues, please contact supportformgen@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

4. Ethical & Acceptable Use

Formgen is intended for testing, research, and data simulation. You agree NOT to use this tool for:

• Spamming or submitting unauthorized data to forms you do not own.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or CAPTCHAs.
• Generating harmful, illegal, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to revoke license keys if the service is used to harass others or violate Google's policies.

5. Data Privacy & Ownership

Your Data: We do not see or store your Google Form content. All processing happens within your Google account.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data generated. We claim no rights to your forms or the responses created.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Formgen is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we are not responsible for any data loss, form errors, or service interruptions within the Google ecosystem.
